Come to the GemeenteLoket, Mosae Forum 10, 6211 DW Maastricht. The GemeenteLoket is open from Monday to Wednesday (incl.) 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, on Thursday from 13.30 PM to 19.00 PM, and on Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Products and services provided by the municipality of Maastricht
You can order an increasing number of municipal products and services digitally. To do so, you need a DigiD. A DigiD is a safe digital identity code, and is used in a similar way to an internet banking code or a PIN number. Please note that to apply for a Digid takes a few days as the initial access code is sent by post.
Why go to the GemeenteLoket if you can easily and quickly deal with matters online yourself? You not only save travel time and waiting time, but also money (for travel/parking). And if you order an extract from the Municipal Register online, you save even more, as you pay € 1.50 extra for the same service at the counter!

For example, it deals with maximum waiting times at the GemeenteLoket and on the telephone and the maximum allowable periods of time within which we must deal with letters, e-mails and complaints. As a citizen, you then know exactly what to expect from us. In addition, it gives us the opportunity to measure our own performance and to improve things when necessary.

- If you visit the GemeenteLoket and have an appointment, you will be helped within five minutes.
- If you visit the GemeenteLoket without an appointment, the maximum waiting time will be 20 minutes.

- If you write us a letter, you will receive a response by telephone or in writing within 4 weeks unless a different response time is mandated by law.
